When we visit your home for your free, no-obligation survey, our specialist flooring experts take a thorough look at each room, recording the moisture and humidity readings too. We consider what you want, the practicalities, and feasibilities. Our customers value our honesty; if it can't be done, we won't try. If we think something would look better, we'll suggest it. After your survey, we send you a detailed quotation, leaving you to make your decision in your own time.
Our Team
Unlike many other flooring companies, our installation team is made up of qualified individuals, all employed by us and fully trained to install the floors we supply. After Care
Once your new hardwood, luxury vinyl, carpet, or laminate floor has been laid and all work has been completed, we arrange an appointment to talk you through how to look after your floor. We want to make sure you're happy with the final finish and leave you able to keep your floor looking its very best. We run through a general maintenance programme with you, showing you the different cleaning products for your floor and giving advice on damage prevention. We know a new floor is a big investment, so being able to take care of it is of paramount importance.
