Ordering and Delivery Issues
Several customers have reported issues with their orders being delivered incorrectly. N. Z. ordered a Walnut floor but received an Oak floor instead. Maria Magalhaes received an incorrect invoice, and her kerbside delivery was scheduled multiple times despite her attempts to cancel.
Product Quality and Accuracy
Further issues have been reported with the quality and accuracy of the products. Ioana Florea lost the technical sheet for her flooring package, which contained important information about the product. Usvet received incorrect sizes for their order and had to source elsewhere.
Customer Service and Communication
Several customers have reported poor customer service and communication. N. Z.'s case was passed between multiple representatives, with no resolution. Maria Magalhaes had difficulty contacting the customer services team and getting her order cancelled. Ioana Florea was unable to get information from the sales team about her product. Usvet had a condescending and arrogant representative who refused to compensate them for shipping.
Positive Experience
Only one customer, Clive Breese, reported a positive experience with UK Flooring Direct. He was pleased with the product and the fitters, and received helpful assistance from Davinder.
