Eastcliff Carpets commenced its journey in the year 2000, founded by Gareth Cook, who possessed over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. Born from a commitment to offering quality flooring at competitive prices, Eastcliff Carpets quickly established itself as a trusted and reliable local authority. Gareth's vision was to create a family-run business that prioritised customer satisfaction and provided exceptional service. This ethos remains at the heart of everything we do today. • Gareth - Owner: Leading our team with his extensive knowledge and experience, Gareth's passion for quality and customer service has been instrumental in shaping Eastcliff Carpets into the reputable business we are today. With over three decades in the industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to the team, ensuring you receive the best possible advice and guidance.

• Tony - Manager: Tony, our seasoned manager, brings 25 years of experience in the carpet industry, encompassing eight years as a salesman and seventeen years as a store manager. His previous role at a prominent local carpet retailer in Felixstowe adds another layer of local expertise to our team. Tony is a true people person, with a knack for building rapport and understanding customer requirements.

• Paul - Carpet Fitter: Paul, our most senior fitter, boasts an incredible 47 years of experience in the flooring industry, earning him a reputation as one of the most skilled and respected fitters in the area. Starting his career at Courts in Felixstowe, Paul has perfected his craft over the years, delivering flawless installations with meticulous attention to detail.

• Tony - Carpet Fitter: Tony, our longest-serving employee, joined Eastcliff Carpets in 2004 and has since become a cornerstone of our fitting team. His 18 years of experience fitting flooring throughout Suffolk and his dedication to exceeding customer expectations make him an invaluable asset.

• Morgan - Carpet Fitter: Joining our team in 2020, Morgan brings a fresh perspective and years of experience fitting carpets in both Suffolk and Essex. His dedication to providing a top-notch service and his ability to connect with customers have quickly made him a popular choice for our clients.
