At Longs Flooring, we are a growing family business established in 2010, based in Monifieth, Dundee, Scotland. We take pride in providing great customer service and carrying out a high standard of workmanship using only the best materials available. Our friendly and flexible service ensures that each job is completed to a time scale that suits the customer.

Since the start, we have gone from strength to strength. We recently moved to larger premises here in Monifieth, Angus, allowing us to offer a more extensive range of carpets and flooring to our customers. Longs Flooring not only offers a retail service, but we also carry out larger contracts for house builders, architects, councils and more, giving us a large portfolio of completed work. Longs Flooring is also a proud member of the Dundee Trusted Trader.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of high-quality flooring products. These flooring products include carpets from Cavalier, Abingdon, Manx, Hugh and Mackay and Axminster. We provide a vast range of hardwood laminates and engineered flooring from Boen and Harcourt, Oak Noir, Gracious Silver, Jactoba and Green Oak. We provide a huge choice of luxury vinyl flooring including designer floor coverings from Moduleo and Quickstep, and also stock100% bleach cleanable carpets. Additional products are available such as underlay and gripper.

Our commercial service is available across the UK and we have carried out commercial work for Monsoon Aberdeen & Edinburgh, Holiday Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton, Carnoustie Hotel, Dundee Football Club, Taymouth Marina and B & B Joiners. Closer to home we have carried out work for Dundee City Council and local businesses such as The Anchor, The Fort, The Barn, The Hair Warehouse and Hotel Broughty Ferry, to name but a few.

We offer a Diamond Service which includes uplifting and removal of old flooring, and moving or replacing of furniture. We also provide a wide range of luxury vinyl flooring, which is an easy to maintain, waterproof, family-friendly flooring that is warm and soft underfoot, adding a touch of style to any home. LVT is available in many different finishes including plank, tile and wood grain designs.
