At Hook Carpets, we are a family-owned business with over 30 years of local experience in the carpet retail and fitting industry. Our aim is to provide a traditional service, which is upheld by our longstanding and new customers. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and expertise. Our co-founders, Steve and Donna Clayton, have a combined 80+ years of knowledge and expertise in the trade. Steve has a natural flair for the floor fitting and was sought after by other retailers to join them. Donna, known as 'the carpet lady', has a keen eye for interiors and natural ability to help customers find the perfect style and colour for their project.
Our Team
Our team consists of experienced and knowledgeable staff, including our co-founders Steve and Donna, and our experienced fitters Luke and Russell. Luke has been with the company for 6 years and is a valuable asset, with his youthful energy and exceptional attention to detail. Russell, with 15 years of experience, heads our measure and planning team, ensuring accurate and cost-effective cutting plans. Our fitters are highly skilled and take pride in their work, ensuring a high-quality finish.
