At Countrywide Carpets and Flooring, we are proud to have over 25 years of experience in the flooring industry. Since our establishment in 1987, we have been providing both domestic and commercial customers with high-quality flooring installations from our base in Bournemouth, Dorset.
Our Story
Lee Clarke, our founder, began his journey in the flooring industry as an apprentice at the tender age of 16. He quickly learned the traditional methods of flooring and went on to work on prestigious projects, including fitting flooring aboard the QE2 and in hotels like the Sandbanks and Chine. After five years as a sole trader, Lee decided to capitalize on the high level of recommendations for quality workmanship and establish his own company. And so, Countrywide was born.
