Richard Stannard, our Contracts and Operations Manager, has over 40 years of experience in the industry and has trained with prestigious businesses such as Harrods and Heals. Gloria Raymond, our Head of Sales and Public Relations, brings years of experience from her previous work in the luxury chauffeur industry. Our Office Manager, Hayley Miller, has been working with Richard since she was 16 and is the face of Capital Carpets. Cassie Durnell, our Branding and Social Media Consultant, has extensive experience in design, styling, and social media.
